The Congregation

Stafford Baptist Church, located in historic Stafford Hollow, is a small fellowship of believers in Jesus Christ known for sharing the love of God with whomever they meet.  We welcome you to come to join us for worship services, concerts, or just to hang out with our fellowship groups.  We are known for good music and good food.

As an American Baptist Church we proclaim and teach the word of God, seek to discern the leading of the Holy Spirit, and enjoy being in the presence of God and of each other.  For over two hundred years, we have shouted, “God Is Love.”

While we occupy the oldest church building in Stafford (1833) and ring a Paul Revere bell each Sunday, we live in the present and seek to make disciples who will challenge our community, nation and the world to know the power of walking with God.
